Straywave was founded by Jimmy Costello and Stephen McCormack, two producers with over 30 years of combined experience creating original, returnable television for Irish and international audiences.

Jimmy brings deep expertise in creative production and talent-led formats, with a strong focus on building trusted crews and delivering shows to the highest broadcast standards. Stephen specialises in production strategy, management, and format development, ensuring each project is built on solid foundations. Together, they share a belief that strong management, collaboration, and respect for the craft are essential to great content.
